基于非期望产出的西北地区碳排放效率研究

摘要
本文基于非期望产出超效率SBM模型,测算了西北地区各省2010年～2020年碳排放效率值,结果表明西北地区碳排放效率整体上处于相对无效状态,近年来碳排放效率呈上升状态,低碳高效发展正在逐步提升.与此同时,资源没有得到合理利用,存在能源等投入要素浪费问题,生产效率没有达到最优,因而低碳发展有较大提升空间.
Abstract
Based on the SBM model of non-expected output superefficiency,this paper calculates the carbon emission efficien-cy of the provinces in Northwest China from 2010 to 2020.The results show that:the carbon emission efficiency of Northwest China is relatively ineffective on the whole,and the carbon emission efficiency is on the rise in recent years,and the low-car-bon and efficient development is gradually improving;Resources have not been used rationally,there is a waste of energy and other input factors,production efficiency has not reached the optimal,and low-carbon development has great room for improve-ment.
