摘要
设备检修管理模式从事后维修到点检定修,又衍化到预知状态维修这类经济检修模式,检修管理模式的转变是一个企业设备管理的进步.八钢公司近几年拓展了设备信息化管理范围,新增智能"远程运维"平台,其根本性的标志是检修项目发议"状态"维修,状态点检信息化管理,使其更加科学,维修更加经济.
Abstract
The equipment maintenance management mode has gone through post maintenance to routine inspection and repair.Evolved into economic maintenance modes such as predictive maintenance,the transformation of maintenance management mode is a progress in enterprise equipment management.In recent years,Basteel has expanded the scope of equipment infor-mation management and added an intelligent"remote operation and maintenance"platform.Its fundamental symbol is the pro-posal for"status based"maintenance of maintenance projects,the information management of status check,which is more sci-entific,maintenance is more economical,and equipment management has added new connotations.
