摘要
切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术是一项重要的煤矿开采技术,它通过合理的工艺措施和设备配置,实现了煤矿安全高效地生产.在整个开采过程中,工作面的两巷超前支护、周期来压期间的顶板支护、双向聚能预裂爆破切顶以及调整沿空留巷支护的相关参数是实施该技术的关键要点.通过合理设置和调整支护参数,如支架间距、支护杆选择等,可以保证沿空留巷的稳定性,防止支护系统的失效,减少事故的发生.本文将针对切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术展开详细分析,以供参考.
Abstract
Cutting roof and unloading pressure along the empty stay mine without coal pillar mining technology is an important coal mining technology,which realises safe and efficient production of coal mines through reasonable technological measures and equipment configurations.In the whole mining process,the two-channel forward support at the working face,the roof sup-port during the cycle of pressure,the two-way polycracking blasting to cut the roof,and the adjustment of the relevant parame-ters of the support along the open-channel are the key points for the implementation of this technology.Through reasonable set-ting and adjustment of support parameters,such as support spacing,support rod selection,etc.,can ensure the stability of along the air to stay the stability of the alley,to prevent the failure of the support system,to reduce the occurrence of accidents.In this paper,we will analyse in detail the coal pillar-free mining technology of cutting top and unloading pressure along the open road for reference.
