摘要

本文分析了机械设计制造及自动化专业的特点及发展趋势,探讨了创新性应用型人才培养模式的理论基础和实践策略.自动化专业的教育目标是培养具有创新能力和应用能力的高级工程技术人才,需要围绕这一目标进行课程体系、教学方法、教学组织、质量评价等方面的改革和创新.本文提出了使用多媒体技术、结合学生实际、善于利用辅助性工作、校企协作等具体的教学策略,以期提高教学效果和培养学生的产品意识、工匠精神、工程能力等核心素质.

Abstract

This paper analyses the characteristics and development trends of the mechanical design,manufacturing and automa-tion profession,and discusses the theoretical basis and practical strategy of the innovative and applied talent cultivation mode.The educational goal of automation major is to cultivate senior engineering and technical talents with innovation and applica-tion ability,and it needs to reform and innovate the curriculum system,teaching methods,teaching organisation and quality evaluation around this goal.This paper proposes specific teaching strategies such as using multimedia technology,combined with students'actual practice,making good use of auxiliary work,and school-enterprise collaboration,with a view to improving the teaching effect and cultivating students'core qualities such as product awareness,craftsmanship,and engineering ability.
