摘要
钢铁企业作为能耗大户,能源消耗成本一直是企业关注和攻关的重要问题,通过降低能源消耗,实现生产成本降低是目前所有钢铁企业的目标.本文以某轧钢厂生产线降低工序吨钢电耗为攻关目标,通过能耗监测平台搭建、工艺优化、设备改造、管理提升等几个方面实现电能吨钢消耗的短期内大幅度降低,实现企业降本增利、节能降碳的目的,以期为企业降低生产成本,提高盈利能力.
Abstract
Iron and steel enterprises are big energy consumers,and energy consumption cost has always been an important con-tent for enterprises to pay attention to and tackle key problems.At present,it is the goal of all iron and steel enterprises to re-duce production costs by reducing energy consumption.In this paper,the production line of a rolling mill is targeted at reduc-ing the power consumption per ton of steel in the process,and the energy consumption per ton of steel can be greatly reduced in a short period of time through the construction of energy consumption monitoring platform,process optimization,equipment transformation and management improvement,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs,increasing profits,saving energy and reducing carbon for enterprises.
