摘要
欧冶炉气化炉料柱高度8.6 m,炉缸设计直径9380 mm,共设置28个氧气风口,采用纯氧冶炼.于2015年6月开炉,气化炉铁口区域不同程度的漏煤气,造成出铁喷溅,炉前维护操作困难等现象.近几年陆续进行了热面碳素料的灌浆维护,冷面缝隙堵塞的填料方式,及热面造衬的技术进行炉缸维护,有效解决了铁口区域煤气泄漏的问题.
Abstract
The charging column height of the gasifier of eurosmelter is 8.6 m,the design diameter of the hearth is 9380 mm,and a total of 28 oxygen tuyeres are set,using pure oxygen smelting.The gasifier was opened in June,2015,and gas leakage oc-curred in the iron mouth area of the gasifier to varying degrees,resulting in iron splashing and difficult maintenance and opera-tion in front of the gasifier.In recent years,the hot surface carbon material grouting maintenance,the cold surface gap blocking filling method,and the hot surface lining technology have been carried out to maintain the hearth,which has effectively solved the problem of gas leakage in the iron mouth area.
