本文分析了八钢1750 mm热轧产线精轧机组原辊形配置方案的基本特点,并对粗轧机组轧辊的磨削精度进行了评价.研究发现,八钢1750 mm热轧产线精轧机组原辊形配置方案中上游机架正凸度的控制能力较弱,负凸度的控制能力过剩,导致上下游机架凸度控制能力的不协调,而粗轧机组轧辊的磨削程度较大,轧辊精度较低.因此,采用SmartCrown辊形对精轧机架的凸度控制范围进行优化,并使用科学合理的管控方案对轧辊运行工艺和管理流程、轧辊磨床工作精度、换辊周期和加工精度进行管控,显著提高了热轧产线板形控制能力和生产稳定性.
Optimization of Shape Control Capability of 1750 mm Hot Roll-ing Line
This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the original roll shape configuration scheme of the finishing mill of Bayi Steel's 1750 mm hot rolling production line,and evaluates the grinding accuracy of the roll of the roughing mill.The re-search found that the control ability of positive crown of the upstream stand in the original roll shape configuration scheme of the 1750 mm hot rolling line finishing mill of Bayi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was weak,and the control ability of negative crown was excessive,resulting in the disharmony of the control ability of the upstream and downstream stand crown,while the grind-ing degree of the rough mill roll was large,and the roll accuracy was low.Therefore,SmartCrown roll shape is used to optimize the crown control range of the finishing mill stand,and the scientific and reasonable control scheme is used to control the roll operation process and management process,roll grinder working accuracy,roll change cycle and processing accuracy,which significantly improves the shape control ability and production stability of the hot rolling production line.
