热轧酸洗板边部麻面缺陷的形成原因及控制策略研究

针对首钢某1580 mm热轧生产线生产酸洗板时出现边部麻面后,影响了后续酸洗质量的问题,对边部麻面缺陷的形成原因及机理进行了研究.根据缺陷的形态、位置,对比卷取机设备的控制时序,确定了导致边部麻面缺陷的设备,并对上下表面的边部麻面缺陷的不同点进行了研究.结果表明下夹送辊辊面状况对边部麻面缺陷几乎没有影响,上表面边部麻面缺陷产生的主要原因是上夹送辊边部锈蚀严重,出现麻坑而导致的.而下表面麻面缺陷产生的主要原因是压紧辊下的机架辊边部锈蚀严重,出现麻坑而导致.为此,提出了相关的改进措施,以有效控制边部麻面缺陷,改善酸洗板边部质量.
Research on the formation Reasons and Control Strategies of Edge Pitting Defects in Hot-rolled Pickled Plates
In response to the problem of edge pitting during the production of pickled plates on a 1580 mm hot rolling produc-tion line at Shougang,which affects the subsequent pickling quality,the causes and mechanisms of edge pitting defects were studied.Based on the morphology and location of defects,the control timing of the coiling machine equipment was compared to determine the equipment that causes edge pitting defects,and the different points of edge pitting defects on the upper and low-er surfaces were studied.The results indicate that the condition of the lower pinch roller surface has almost no effect on the edge pitting defects.The main reason for the occurrence of edge pitting defects on the upper surface is severe rust at the edge of the upper pinch roller,resulting in pitting.The main reason for the occurrence of surface pitting defects on the lower surface is severe rust on the edge of the frame roller under the clamping roller,resulting in pitting.To this end,relevant improvement measures have been proposed to effectively control edge defects and improve the quality of pickled board edges.
