摘要
熔沟式方锅和无芯圆锅在钢铁工业带钢连续镀锌生产线中发挥着不同的作用.对于多合金镀层产品,尤其是镀铝锌和其他铝合金镀层产品,推荐采用无芯圆锅,这样可以避免频繁更换感应器的烦恼.预熔锅有助于减少主锅锌渣的形成,其中熔沟式方锅和无芯圆锅都可以用于合金的熔化,包括铝锌合金.
Abstract
The groove type square pot and the coreless round pot play different roles in the continuous galvanizing production line of steel strip in the steel industry.For multi alloy coated products,especially aluminum zinc and other aluminum alloy coated products,it is recommended to use coreless round pots to avoid the hassle of frequent sensor replacement.Pre melting pots can help reduce the formation of zinc slag in the main pot,and both groove style square pots and coreless round pots can be used for alloy melting,including aluminum zinc alloys.
