Intelligent Management and Control of Black Metal Smelt-ing under Digital Transformation
With the deepening of digital transformation,the black metal smelting industry is facing multiple challenges such as improving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption and emissions,and improving product quality.Intelligent man-agement and control is an effective way to solve these problems,and it is also an inevitable choice to achieve green manufactur-ing and sustainable development.This article explores the intelligent management and control of black metal smelting under digital transformation.By studying existing literature and practical cases,the current application status and future development trends of intelligent technology in the field of ferrous metal smelting were analyzed,and corresponding management and control strategies were proposed.The research results indicate that the application of intelligent technology can improve production ef-ficiency,reduce costs,reduce energy consumption and emissions,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the black metal smelting industry.
