Research on the Support Mechanism and Reinforcement Char-acteristics of Coal Mine Broken Surrounding Rock Tunnels
The increase in mining depth and the expansion of mining range have made the problem of high stress soft rock sup-port more prominent, and the differences in surrounding rock mechanical properties and support mechanical properties make the fractured surrounding rock roadway prone to deformation and instability, posing significant safety hazards. Therefore, based on the drawbacks of traditional roadway support methods,a case study of a flat coal high outburst mine was conducted to pro-pose a"passive support+active support+active reinforcement"scheme and a bottom corner reinforcement design concept,aim-ing to improve the stability of roadway support. The results indicate that the study provides support and reinforcement for high stress fractured surrounding rock tunnels through measures such as high-strength anchor rod design and grouting reinforce-ment.The results show that under the reinforcement design scheme, the deformation of the roof and two sides of the tunnel sec-tion is controlled, and the maximum anchor rod axial forces on section 1 and section 2 are 80.29 KN and 81.33 KN,greatly im-proving the stability and bearing capacity of the support structure.Improvements such as anchor injection reinforcement and support reinforcement can effectively meet the needs of working conditions and maintain the stability of fractured surrounding rock tunnels under high stress conditions.
