在数控铣削加工中,不同的工艺参数和刀具参数设置会直接影响加工能耗和加工质量.因此,研究不同工艺参数和刀具参数对加工能耗和质量的影响趋势,有助于生产制造企业设置合适的参数范围,从而实现节能和提高加工质量的目标.本文通过实验研究刀具参数和工艺参数对加工能耗和质量的影响规律,包括刀具刃数、刀具材料、刀具直径、主轴转速、进给速度、背吃刀量以及铣削宽度等因素,观察切削功率、切削时间和切削能耗的变化情况.此外,使用被加工物体表面粗糙度作为指标来探究刀具参数和工艺参数对加工质量的影响,为制造企业生产作业提供参考依据.
Abstract
In CNC milling,different process parameters and tool parameter settings directly affect machining energy consump-tion and machining quality.Therefore,studying the impact trends of different process parameters and tool parameters on pro-cessing energy consumption and quality can help manufacturing enterprises set appropriate parameter ranges,thereby achiev-ing the goals of energy conservation and improving processing quality.This article investigates the influence of tool parameters and process parameters on machining energy consumption and quality through experiments,including the number of tool edg-es,tool material,tool diameter,spindle speed,feed rate,back feed,and milling width.The changes in cutting power,cutting time,and cutting energy consumption are observed.In addition,the surface roughness of the processed object is used as an in-dicator to explore the influence of tool parameters and process parameters on machining quality,providing a reference basis for production operations in manufacturing enterprises.
