摘要
高合金钢板具有极其出色的性能,在各个行业都得到了广泛的应用.然而,由于多种因素的影响,高合金钢板在热轧生产时常常会出现炉内断裂的情况.本文针对高合金钢板坯加热断裂的原因进行分析,并提出相应的改进对策,希望能够使高合金钢板坯炉内加热断裂的问题得到有效解决,进而为同种类型钢板制定加热制度提供一定的依据.
Abstract
High alloy steel plates have extremely excellent performance and have been widely used in various industries.How-ever,due to various factors,high alloy steel plates often experience furnace fracture during hot rolling production.This article analyzes the causes of heating fracture of high alloy steel slabs and proposes corresponding improvement measures,hoping to effectively solve the problem of heating fracture of high alloy steel slab in the furnace,and provide a certain basis for formulat-ing heating systems for the same type of steel plate.
