光信息在转炉炼钢终点控制中的应用和发展

摘要
转炉炼钢终点控制是提高钢铁产出质量的关键,传统控制方法存在准确率低、成本高等缺点.炉口火焰图像和光谱等光信息中,包含大量冶炼过程数据,通过分析处理,能够有效应用于转炉炼钢终点实时预测,提升炼钢终点控制的精准度.本文在对炼钢终点控制技术的研究基础上,总结了光信息终点控制技术的研究现状和应用方法,并对其发展趋势进行分析.
Abstract
The end-point control of converter steelmaking is the key to improve the quality of steel output.The traditional con-trol method has the disadvantages of low accuracy and high cost.The optical information such as furnace mouth flame image and spectrum contains a large number of smelting process data.Through analysis and processing,it can be effectively applied to the real-time prediction of converter steelmaking end point and improve the accuracy of steelmaking end point control.Based on the research of steel-making end-point control technology,this paper summarizes the research status and application methods of optical information end-point control technology,and analyzes its development trend.
