摘要
钢结构是煤矿栈桥中主要结构,其焊缝功能是否正常发挥,将会影响到煤矿生产活动的综合质量与水平.这就需要对整个钢结构做好全面的检测工作,以便于保证钢铁强度、质量、抗震能力.在对工件进行检测时,可以充分利用磁粉探伤技术,该技术主要是借助探伤仪器、设备进行探测,通过检测反馈各种现象以及数据,对钢结构工件修通做好系统检测,提高钢结构焊缝检测的综合水平,为促进煤矿安全高效生产奠定了基础条件.
Abstract
Steel structure is the main structure in coal mine trestle,and the normal functioning of its welds will affect the com-prehensive quality and level of coal mine production activities.This requires comprehensive testing of the entire steel structure to ensure its strength,quality,and seismic resistance.When inspecting workpieces,magnetic particle inspection technology can be fully utilized.This technology mainly relies on inspection instruments and equipment for detection.Through feedback on various phenomena and data,a systematic inspection of steel structure workpieces can be carried out to improve the compre-hensive level of steel structure weld inspection,laying the foundation for promoting safe and efficient production in coal mines.
