Research on Practical Strategies for Hydraulic Oil Pollution Prevention and Control in MCCR Production Line
The MCCR production line has become a key link in modern steel plate and strip production due to its efficient,con-tinuous,green,energy-saving,and automated characteristics.As an important power transmission and control system,the sta-bility of hydraulic systems is crucial to the production line.Hydraulic oil pollution has adverse effects on the performance and reliability of hydraulic systems,seriously affecting the normal operation of the entire hot rolling production line.Hydraulic oil pollution is the result of the accumulation of impurities,moisture,and oxidation products in the oil,which may originate from factors such as the oil itself,system component wear,and external environment.The high temperature,high pressure,and high-speed working conditions of the integrated hot rolling production line of continuous casting and rolling make the hydraulic sys-tem more susceptible to pollutant intrusion and deposition.This kind of pollution may lead to hydraulic system leakage,fric-tion,sealing and other problems,reduce system efficiency,reliability and lifespan,and even cause equipment failures and pro-duction accidents.Therefore,effective control of hydraulic oil pollution is crucial for the integrated hot rolling production line of continuous casting and rolling.This study is committed to exploring and researching hydraulic oil pollution prevention and control strategies,providing practical experience and effective measures to protect the normal operation of hydraulic systems,and ultimately improving the production efficiency and quality stability of integrated hot rolling production lines for continuous casting and rolling.This article aims to provide useful assistance to hydraulic lubrication professionals by sharing successful hydraulic oil pollution prevention and control measures and strategies through case studies and practical experience.
