Strengthening Smelting Practice of 2280m3 Blast Furnace Pro-tection at Han Steel
In order to solve the problem of high furnace wall temperature in the 2280 m3 blast furnace of Han Steel in 2018,a series of measures have been taken,including titanium protection,strengthening raw fuel management,and replacing the ex-tended tuyere sleeve.By improving the furnace monitoring system,optimizing operating procedures,and strengthening the front iron of the furnace,the furnace has been successfully activated and the side temperature has been effectively controlled.This not only improves the smelting efficiency of the blast furnace,but also ensures safe operation,improves economic performance,and achieves a balance between furnace protection and production.
