摘要
某冷轧厂镀锌机组在生产过程中发现,2#卷取机下线钢卷存在纵向翘曲缺陷.本文主要介绍了针对该质量缺陷问题,通过理论计算分析,查找纵向翘曲产生的原因,同时结合现场工况提出并实施了改造方案,最终解决了2#卷取机下线钢卷翘曲缺陷,使带钢质量得到了有效提升.
Abstract
During the production process of a galvanizing unit in a certain cold rolling plant,it was found that the steel coils of the 2#coiler had longitudinal warping defects.This article mainly introduces the problem of quality defects.Through theoreti-cal calculation and analysis,the cause of longitudinal warping is identified.At the same time,a renovation plan is proposed and implemented based on on-site conditions,ultimately solving the warping defect of the steel coil in the offline production of the 2#coiler,effectively improving the quality of the strip steel.
