Exploration of Safety Risk Identification and Control Strate-gies During the Construction Period of an Underground Mine
Underground mines have multiple tasks in infrastructure production, including mining construction and installation.Due to the characteristic of cross production between multiple tasks, the safety risks during the construction period of under-ground mines have increased significantly. This article analyzes and identifies the safety risks during the construction period of an underground mine, and organizes all members of the mine to evaluate the risks using the LEC method. The evaluation re-sults show that the major safety risks during the infrastructure construction period of a certain underground mine are mainly the transportation of pyrotechnic products, roof caving injuries and permeable accidents in tunnels, and poisoning and suffocation underground. In response to the assessed safety risks and hidden dangers, control measures are taken from four aspects:safety organization, risk classification, safety education and training, and specialized safety risk control,in order to avoid safety acci-dents during the construction period of an underground mine.
