摘要
铁水运输是钢铁企业生产中的一个重要环节,涉及了许多的复杂因素,人工管理难度较大.因此,本文提出了一种基于5G技术的铁水运输智慧管控系统,其主要包含了智能识别跟踪系统、机车车载终端系统等.结合实际应用情况分析,系统能够对铁水生产运输的所有流程和要素信息进行整合,实现作业与管理的一体化,同时也能够促进铁水罐周转效率的提高,减少对于人员的需求,降低人工成本.
Abstract
Hot metal transportation is an important link in the production of iron and steel enterprises,which involves many complex factors and is difficult to manage manually.Therefore,this paper proposes an intelligent management and control system for hot metal transportation based on 5G technology,which mainly includes intelligent identification and tracking sys-tem,locomotive on-board terminal system,etc.Combined with the analysis of practical application,the system can integrate all processes and element information of hot metal production and transportation,realize the integration of operation and management,and promote the improvement of hot metal tank turnover efficiency,reduce the demand for personnel,and re-duce labor costs.
