This article presents an innovative design of a PLC campus water supply control system based on the integration of theory and practice.It adopts programmable control technology and currently mature variable frequency speed regulation tech-nology,combined with a new type of sensor and a control algorithm using real-time proportional,integral,and differential con-trol strategies to achieve closed-loop control of the system and ultimately maintain a constant water pressure for water supply.At the same time,Siemens S7 series programming software is used to write the control program,achieving two control require-ments:manual control and automatic control.Using McGsPro configuration software to design the upper computer position can meet functions such as remote control and monitoring,data recording,and ultimately achieve comprehensive monitoring and debugging.
