Design and Simulation of Ship Spraying Robot Spraying Device
High quality surface coatings play an important role in product protection,special performance realization,and deco-ration,and are increasingly becoming a key component of product value.Traditional ship surface spraying is usually done man-ually,which generates a large amount of toxic and harmful substances such as benzene and formaldehyde.Moreover,prolonged exposure to highly repetitive spraying and high-altitude operations can pose a threat to the physical and mental health of opera-tors.In addition,during the manual spraying process,due to the operator's own skills,emotions,and other reasons,it can cause many problems such as substandard environment,low paint utilization rate,and unstable spraying quality,resulting in a high repair rate and reduced production efficiency.Therefore,studying the design and simulation of the spraying device for ship spraying robots is of great significance for improving the quality of ship surface coatings,improving production efficiency,and reducing environmental pollution.
