摘要
设计了一种游乐六自由度轨道车,通过提出设备整体方案,针对行走机构及六自由度平台进行了安全性分析,建立了整机ANSYS仿真模型及电气控制原理的搭建,并以此为技术支撑进行了样机制作.样机的测试结果显示其安全可靠,适合在游乐园项目中推广使用.
Abstract
A six degree of freedom rail car for amusement is designed.By proposing the overall scheme of the equipment,the safety analysis of the walking mechanism and the six degree of freedom platform is carried out,the ANSYS simulation model of the whole machine and the construction of the electrical control principle are established,and the sample machine is made with this as the technical support.The test results of the prototype show that it is safe and reliable,and suitable for populariza-tion and use in amusement park projects.
