浅谈模块轧机油膜轴承的维护保养和使用管理

摘要
随着冶金工业技术的不断发展,结合轧机油膜轴承的实际情况,不同性能的油品也应运而生.通过多年现场设备维护保养的经验,油膜轴承具有承载能力大、寿命长、刚性高的特点,适于各种转速和载荷条件的要求的工况.分析表明,正确合理的维护保养和使用管理可以有效地防止油膜轴承的非正常磨损,甚至异常故障导致的生产停机和生产损失.
Abstract
With the continuous development of metallurgical industry technology and the actual situation of rolling mill oil film bearings,different performance oil products have also emerged.Through years of experience in on-site equipment maintenance and upkeep,oil film bearings have the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity,long service life,and high rigidity,which are suitable for various working conditions required by speed and load conditions.Analysis shows that correct and reasonable maintenance and usage management can effectively prevent abnormal wear of oil film bearings,and even production shutdowns and losses caused by abnormal faults.
