摘要
准确的划线是确保结构装配准确和安全的基础,港口设备钢结构的施工对划线精度有着极高的要求.本文首先对港口设备钢结构施工划线的重要性和要求进行介绍,接着对划线工具的分类和用途进行了介绍,然后以主梁划线为例,对划线过程进行说明介绍,最后就港口设备钢结构施工划线过程中可能出现的问题和对应的解决方法进行阐述,希望可以为港口设备钢结构施工划线提供一些参考.
Abstract
Accurate marking is the foundation for ensuring the accuracy and safety of structural assembly.The construction of steel structures for port equipment has extremely high requirements for marking accuracy.This article first introduces the im-portance and requirements of marking the construction of steel structures for port equipment,followed by an introduction to the classification and use of marking tools.Then,taking the marking of the main beam as an example,the marking process is ex-plained and introduced.Finally,the possible problems and corresponding solutions that may arise during the marking process of steel structures for port equipment construction are elaborated,hoping to provide some reference for marking the construc-tion of steel structures for port equipment.
