低成本Q460MC工艺优化效果研究

通过对Q460MC钢板进行成分和控轧控冷工艺优化,实现了屈服强度和延伸率的合理匹配,同时成功降低了合金成本34元/吨.具体优化措施包括:将碳含量提升0.02%,避免进入包晶钢范围;将锰含量降低0.15%,铌含量降低0.01%.在轧制工艺方面,将冷却速率提升至15~22℃/S,控制返红温度在580~620℃,不仅有利于提升强度指标,还能获得表层贝氏体组织,同时解决了板型翘曲问题.经过优化后,延展率性能指标相比优化前提高了1~3%.
Research on Optimization Effect of Low Cost Q460MC Process
By optimizing the composition and controlled rolling and cooling process of Q460MC steel plate,a reasonable match between yield strength and elongation was achieved,and the alloy cost was successfully reduced by 34 yuan/ton.The specific optimization measures include:increasing the carbon content by 0.02%to avoid entering the range of peritectic steel;Reduce manganese content by 0.15%and niobium content by 0.01%.In terms of rolling process,increasing the cooling rate to 15~22℃/S and controlling the redness temperature between 580~620℃is not only beneficial for improving the strength index,but also for obtaining the surface bainite structure and solving the problem of plate warping.After optimization,the elongation performance index has improved by 1~3%compared to before optimization.
