摘要
冷轧带钢作为重要的金属材料,在汽车、家电、建筑等行业具有广泛的应用.然而,在冷轧过程中,带钢表面时常出现黄斑缺陷,这不仅影响了产品的外观质量,还可能对材料的力学性能和耐腐蚀性产生不利影响.本文以现场生产为基础,分析了冷轧带钢在平整生产后黄斑缺陷产生的原因,经多年摸索并采取针对性措施,取得了良好的效果,彻底消除了带钢板面黄斑缺陷.
Abstract
Cold rolled strip steel,as an important metal material,has a wide range of applications in industries such as automo-biles,household appliances,and construction.However,during the cold rolling process,yellow spots often appear on the sur-face of the strip steel,which not only affects the appearance quality of the product,but may also have adverse effects on the me-chanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material.Based on on-site production,this article analyzes the causes of yel-low spot defects in cold-rolled strip steel after flat production.After years of exploration and targeted measures,good results have been achieved,completely eliminating the yellow spot defects on the surface of the strip steel.
