风电用高纯生铁要求铁水中含有较低的磷、硫、钛等有害杂质元素,以保证铸件的质量.本钢北营炼铁总厂通过利用530 m3高炉成熟的生产工艺和稳定的原燃料供应,从有害元素的还原规律研究入手,采取一系列措施,包括优化选择原燃料品种、改善原燃料质量、实行全精粉烧结、优化高炉操作与调剂、控制炉缸温度、提高炉顶压力、选择适宜的炉渣碱度、控制合理的风口前理论燃烧温度等措施,从而实现高纯生铁的批量生产,以满足用户需求.
Research on Control Practice of Harmful Elements in High Puri-ty Pig Iron for Blast Furnace Smelting of Wind Power
High purity pig iron for wind power requires that the molten iron contains low levels of harmful impurities such as phosphorus,sulfur,and titanium to ensure the quality of castings.Benxi Iron and Steel Beiying Ironmaking Plant utilizes 530 meters 3 Starting from the study of the reduction laws of harmful elements,a series of measures are taken to optimize the selec-tion of raw material varieties,improve the quality of raw materials,implement full powder sintering,optimize blast furnace oper-ation and adjustment,control the temperature of the furnace hearth,increase the top pressure,select appropriate slag alkalini-ty,and control a reasonable theoretical combustion temperature in front of the tuyere,starting from the mature production pro-cess of blast furnaces.These measures include optimizing the selection of raw material varieties,improving the quality of raw materials,implementing full powder sintering,optimizing blast furnace operation and adjustment,controlling the temperature of the furnace hearth,increasing the top pressure,selecting appropriate slag alkalinity,and controlling a reasonable theoretical combustion temperature in.
