本研究旨在利用S450高强度钢材作为光伏支架的主要材料,并结合钢结构有限元分析软件3D3S进行结构优化,探讨如何实现光伏支架设计材料使用优化和成本效益最大化.通过对双立柱支架的设计分析,成功降低了该项目每兆瓦用钢量约15%,实现了严格的成本控制目标,为光伏支架的经济性设计提供了新的思路和方法.
Abstract
This study aims to use S450 high-strength steel as the main material for photovoltaic brackets,and combine it with the steel structure finite element analysis software 3D3S for structural optimization,exploring how to achieve material optimiza-tion and cost-effectiveness maximization in photovoltaic bracket design.Through the design analysis of the double column bracket,the project successfully reduced the steel consumption per megawatt by about 15%,achieving strict cost control goals,and providing new ideas and methods for the economic design of photovoltaic brackets.
