Simulation Study of Metal Tensile Experiment Based on J-C Con-stitutive Model
This study simulated metal tensile experiments based on the J-C constitutive model.Firstly, refer to the national standard GB/T 228.1-2021"Metallic materials-Tensile testing-Part 1:Room temperature testing methods"to prepare test specimens and conduct tensile tests.Secondly, linear regression is used to solve the experimental data and calculate the param-eter values required for the J-C constitutive model within Abaqus.Next, input the obtained material parameters into Abaqus fi-nite element analysis software for material selection and simulation model establishment, and apply boundary conditions with one end fixed constraint and one end linear displacement. Finally, the simulated stress and strain output will be plotted and compared with the stress and strain collected in the experiment for analysis. The research results indicate that the constitutive simulation based on J-C has good reducibility for uniaxial tensile experiments of metal materials, and its simulation results are close to real data, and the determination of stress concentration and fracture point is more accurate.
