摘要

本研究使用气雾化制粉技术制备了ZL205A铝合金粉末,并采用选区激光熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)技术制备了ZL205A铝合金,分析了激光能量密度对SLM成形ZL205A铝合金成形质量的影响.以激光功率和扫描速度为主要影响因素,研究激光能量密度对ZL205A试样致密度及显微组织的影响.结果显示,当激光功率340 W、扫描速度1600 mm/s时,成形试样致密度最高,无明显裂纹,仅有少量气孔缺陷,致密度达95.996%.

Abstract

This study prepared ZL205A aluminum alloy powder using atomization technology,and prepared ZL205A aluminum alloy using Selective Laser Melting(SLM)technology.The effect of laser energy density on the forming quality of ZL205A alu-minum alloy formed by SLM was analyzed.Study the effect of laser energy density on the density and microstructure of ZL205A sample,with laser power and scanning speed as the main influencing factors.The results showed that when the laser power was 340 W and the scanning speed was 1600 mm/s,the formed sample had the highest density,no obvious cracks,only a small amount of porosity defects,and the density reached 95.996%.
