摘要
不锈钢是一种重要的结构材料,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和机械性能,被广泛应用于航空航天、化工、汽车制造等领域.而冷轧工艺主要应用于板材生产活动,其核心在于在压制过程中控制温度过程、冷却条件等参数,从而改善钢材的强度和其他性能.对此,本文中重点针对冷压工艺对于不锈钢性能的影响进行探究,并且提出具体的改进策略,以期达到更好的性能表现.
Abstract
Stainless steel is an important structural material with good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties,and is widely used in fields such as aerospace,chemical,and automotive manufacturing.The cold rolling process is mainly applied in sheet metal production activities,and its core lies in controlling parameters such as temperature process and cooling conditions during the pressing process,thereby improving the strength and other properties of the steel.In this article,the focus is on ex-ploring the impact of cold pressing technology on the performance of stainless steel,and proposing specific improvement strate-gies to achieve better performance.
