摘要
热镀锌钢管在制造过程中,其表面有时会出现黑斑缺陷,这一问题长期以来一直困扰着生产厂和用户.黑斑不仅影响产品的外观质量,还可对产品的耐蚀性和加工性能造成不良影响.为了解决这一问题,本文分析了热镀锌钢管表面黑斑的形成机理,确定了黑斑形成的主要原因.在此基础上,本文提出了相应的预防和控制措施,旨在为热镀锌管的质量控制提供参考.
Abstract
During the manufacturing process of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes,black spot defects may sometimes appear on their surface,which has been a long-standing problem for both manufacturers and users.Black spots not only affect the appear-ance quality of products,but also have adverse effects on their corrosion resistance and processing performance.In order to solve this problem,this article analyzes the formation mechanism of black spots on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and determines the main reasons for the formation of black spots.On this basis,this article proposes corresponding pre-vention and control measures,aiming to provide reference for the quality control of hot-dip galvanized pipes.
