摘要
中国铁路对外援建服务了越来越多的沿线国家,促进了沿线区域的繁荣与稳定,中国铁路已然成为我国新的"外交名片".因此,本文对"中国铁路人才走出去"倡议实施中的关键问题进行了探讨,包括我国对外援建人才的培养以及轨道交通专业高职生在外语交流能力、国际素养等方面的提升,同时也探讨了轨道行业业务交流和传播中国铁路文化的重要性.在这个背景下,铁路高职院校学生国际化素养的提升路径显得尤为重要.
Abstract
China's railway construction assistance has served more and more countries along the route,promoting prosperity and stability in the region.China's railway has become a new"diplomatic calling card"for China.Therefore,this article ex-plores the key issues in the implementation of the"China Railway Talents Going Global"initiative,including the cultivation of foreign aid talents in China and the improvement of foreign language communication skills and international literacy among vo-cational students majoring in rail transit.At the same time,it also explores the importance of rail transit business exchange and the dissemination of Chinese railway culture.In this context,the path to improving the international literacy of railway vocation-al college students is particularly important.
