Research and Application on Increasing the Processing Capacity of Yunfu Pyrite Raw Mine
Improving the processing capacity of raw ore and reducing production costs is the long-term goal of mining enterpris-es.This study aims to increase the processing capacity of raw ore in the grinding and flotation workshop of Guangdong Guangye Yunsulfur Mining Co.,Ltd.(a company engaged in the production of Yunfu pyrite)from 57.20 t/h(the average value of the pre-vious five years)to 60.42 t/h through measures such as reasonable ore blending,improving the grindability and selectivity of the raw ore,reducing the low load operation time of the self grinding mill and the following equipment,controlling the grinding fineness,and improving flotation stability.This has reduced production costs and achieved good economic and social benefits.
