Research on Risk Management Strategies for Large Scale Engi-neering Projects in the Steel Industry
This study provides an in-depth analysis of risk management strategies for large-scale engineering projects in the steel industry,identifying and classifying the unique attributes and potential risk factors of large-scale engineering projects in the industry.Firstly,the article elaborates on the theoretical basis and mainstream methods of risk assessment,and delves into risk decision-making and control strategies.At the same time,the implementation effectiveness of the strategies is carefully evaluated and optimized.Secondly,the study explored the application prospects of agile risk management theory in this field,and constructed a comprehensive risk management framework,carefully evaluating the implementation effectiveness of the framework.Finally,considering the current challenges and future development trends,the article proposes a series of forward-looking suggestions for risk management of large-scale engineering projects in the steel industry in the future,in order to im-prove project management efficiency.
