摘要
钢铁企业作为资金和资源投入巨大的高能耗行业,对原燃料质量的把控、企业的产品质量、生产效率和经济绩效至关重要.本文以宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司为例,剖析了该企业在原燃料进厂检验管理方面存在的主要问题,并就完善检验标准体系、加强设施与流程建设、强化检验队伍素质、提高信息化水平等方面提出了切实可行的优化方案,以期促进钢铁行业原燃料检验管理的持续改进,提高企业的经济效益和竞争力.
Abstract
As a high-energy consuming industry with huge investment in funds and resources,steel enterprises are crucial in controlling the quality of raw materials,product quality,production efficiency,and economic performance.This article takes Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as an example to analyze the main problems in the inspection and management of raw materials and fuels in the enterprise.Practical and feasible optimization plans are proposed in terms of improving the in-spection standard system,strengthening facilities and process construction,enhancing the quality of inspection teams,and im-proving information technology level,in order to promote the continuous improvement of raw material inspection and manage-ment in the steel industry,enhance the economic benefits and competitiveness of the enterprise.
