The Practice and Effectiveness of Expectancy Theory in the Inno-vation and Efficiency Activities of All Employees in Baosteel Company
This article analyzes the motivation and vitality of innovation among all employees from the perspective of Expectan-cy Theory by Victor H.Vroom,a psychologist and behavioral scientist at Yale University in the United States.Combining with the actual situation of the company and its workforce,it analyzes the motivation and vitality of innovation among all employees.Through the implementation of a series of measures,it stimulates the motivation of independent innovation among all employ-ees,and then uses systematic thinking to analyze the management and operation mechanisms of innovation among all employ-ees,and integrates them into the corporate governance capacity and governance system,forming a research on the management and operation mechanisms of all employees participating in innovation and normalized innovation practice.
