本文结合八钢新区ABC高炉直吹管的特点和2022年度以前直吹管送风装置的烧穿事故,分析了其对高炉生产和安全的影响,通过对直吹管使用过程中发红的控制,以及残骸烧损的诊断、分析,制定了针对性的防范措施,延长了直吹管的使用寿命、有效杜绝了直吹管烧穿事故的发生,并取得了较好的效果.
Reasons and Countermeasures for Burnout of Direct Blown Tube in Baosteel 2500 m3 Blast Furnace
This article combines the characteristics of the ABC blast furnace direct blow pipe in the Baosteel New Area with the burn through accidents of the direct blow pipe supply device before 2022,analyzes its impact on blast furnace production and safety.Through the control of redness during the use of the direct blow pipe and the diagnosis and analysis of residual burn damage,targeted preventive measures have been formulated to extend the service life of the direct blow pipe,effectively pre-vent the occurrence of direct blow pipe burn through accidents,and achieve good results.
