摘要
冶金企业大型转炉检修复杂多变,参与检修的人员众多,现场交叉作业多,涉及高处、煤气、有限空间、动火等危险作业,特别是部分检修任务进行临时外委施工,进一步加大了检修安全管理的难度.为此,应通过开展危险源辨识和隐患排查治理、加强危险作业安全管控等措施,全面提升大型转炉检修作业的安全管理水平.
Abstract
The maintenance of large-scale converters in metallurgical enterprises is complex and variable,with a large number of personnel participating in the maintenance.There are many cross operations on site,involving dangerous operations such as high altitude,gas,limited space,and hot work.Especially,some maintenance tasks are temporarily outsourced,which further increases the difficulty of maintenance safety management.Therefore,measures should be taken to comprehensively improve the safety management level of large-scale converter maintenance operations,such as identifying hazards and identifying hid-den dangers,strengthening safety control of hazardous operations,and so on.
