摘要
随着科学技术的发展,我国炼钢行业也得到了迅速的发展,尤其是转炉炼钢,已经成为一种普遍应用的炼钢技术,受到了越来越多人的关注.目前,在我国钢铁行业中,对钢铁冶炼过程中磷元素的控制一直是一项比较重要的工作.在实际的生产过程中,由于受多种因素影响,会造成磷元素超标等问题,从而严重影响到冶炼质量.因此,要对转炉炼钢脱磷工艺进行研究和分析,采取有效措施提升转炉炼钢脱磷工艺水平.本文通过对转炉炼钢脱磷工艺理论进行分析和研究,并结合实际情况提出有效的改进措施,以期能够为相关人员提供有益的参考.
Abstract
With the development of science and technology,China's steelmaking industry has also experienced rapid develop-ment,especially converter steelmaking,which has become a widely used steelmaking technology and has attracted more and more attention.At present,the control of phosphorus elements in the steel smelting process has always been an important task in China's steel industry.In the actual production process,due to various factors,it can cause problems such as excessive phos-phorus elements,which seriously affects the quality of smelting.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the dephosphori-zation process of converter steelmaking,and take effective measures to improve the level of converter steelmaking dephosphori-zation process.This article analyzes and studies the theory of converter steelmaking dephosphorization process,and proposes effective improvement measures based on actual situations,in order to provide useful references for relevant personnel.
