浅谈钢结构厂房的施工方案及关键点

摘要
钢结构框架厂房因其具有强度大、跨度大等特点,成为当前工业生产建筑最常用的技术方案.在施工时,钢结构框架具有结构体量大、连接形式多样的特征,其施工涉及多种专业及工种,具有技术要求高、组织难度大等特点.本文结合笔者参与的钢结构厂房安装工程,介绍了工程施工的方案、流程及安装关键点,以期为相关从业人员提供有益的参考.
Abstract
Steel frame factory buildings have become the most commonly used technical solution for industrial production build-ings due to their characteristics of high strength and large span.During construction,steel frame structures have the character-istics of large structural volume and diverse connection forms.Their construction involves various professions and trades,with high technical requirements and organizational difficulties.This article introduces the construction plan,process,and installa-tion key points of the steel structure factory installation project that the author participated in,in order to provide useful refer-ence for relevant practitioners.
