长壁工作面之间一般情况下都留有一定宽度的安全煤柱,造成煤柱损失;在一定条件下,实行无煤柱开采,具有明显的经济和社会效益.某煤矿12305工作面与12304工作面之间试行无煤柱开采沿空留巷技术取得成功,实现了无煤柱开采和沿空留巷技术,为后续工作面实行无煤柱开采提供了借鉴模式和经验.对此,本文通过阐述工作面沿空留巷的应用,分析比较经济效益,进而探索沿空留巷工艺的前景,以期为煤炭生产提供更有效的技术支持.
Economic Benefit Analysis of 12305 Upper Material Lane Along the Gob Leaving Lane Technology
In general,there are safety coal pillars with a certain width left between long wall working faces,which causes coal pillar losses;Under certain conditions,implementing pillar free mining has significant economic and social benefits.The trial implementation of pillar free mining and goaf retaining technology between the 12305 and 12304 working faces in a certain coal mine has been successful,achieving both pillar free mining and goaf retaining technology,providing a reference model and experience for the implementation of pillar free mining in subsequent working faces.In this regard,this article elaborates on the application of goaf retaining roadway in working faces,analyzes and compares economic benefits,and explores the pros-pects of goaf retaining roadway technology,in order to provide more effective technical support for coal production.
