Design of a Shaft Sleeve Processing Technology for Sealing Re-pair of Reducers
Reducers are widely used in mechanical transmission systems, and their sealing failure is the main cause of short on-line service life and mechanical failures. The sealing structure of the input and output shafts of the reducer usually adopts the form of a skeleton oil seal.Due to the rotational motion of the input and output shafts, the relative wear of the skeleton oil seal and the joint of the shaft diameter is caused, and the contact pressure between the lip seal and the joint of the shaft diameter is reduced, ultimately leading to oil leakage and loss. The sealing repair operation of reducers is generally achieved through of-fline assembly, and the workload of equipment disassembly and maintenance is large. To improve the sealing effect and online service life of reducer assembly,a shaft sleeve manufacturing process for easy and quick disassembly and repair of reducer seals is designed and applied to the sealing repair of reducers.
