Research on Improvement Strategy of Pickling System Coiler Based on Material Field Model
As a key component of the pickling system for cold-rolled steel,the stability and processing quality of the strip coil-er directly affect the operational efficiency and product quality of the entire production line.This study uses the material field model from TRIZ theory to solve the interference problem of the coiler in the strip pickling production line.By analyzing the system structure and functionality,the functions and interactions of various components of the coiling machine are studied.Then,a physical field model is constructed to deeply analyze the mechanism of the coiling system and identify the root cause of the problem.Subsequently,76 standard solutions are used to solve the problem.Through repeated experiments and optimiza-tion,multiple improvement measures were proposed to address the interference problem of the coiling machine,effectively solv-ing the current interference problem and enhancing the stability and processing quality of the coiling machine.
