跳动辊在退火炉前张力控制的应用

不锈钢卧式连续退火炉生产线在炉内高温退火时,针对带钢厚度小于0.2 mm的要求,必须采取小张力控制措施,以避免过大张力在高温环境下导致带钢拉窄变形.目前炉前张力控制方式为直接张力控制模式,导致炉内张力在小张力设定下波动较大,进而引发带钢在高温段出现抽筋及船型缺陷.为消除张力波动生产缺陷,采用在炉前增加跳动辊的方法,利用跳动辊的间接张力控制方式来控制跳动辊的位置,从而降低炉内带钢张力及波动,使带钢在高温段退火时消除上述的质量缺陷.
The Application of Jumping Roller in Tension Control Before An-nealing Furnace
When the stainless steel horizontal continuous annealing furnace production line is subjected to high-temperature annealing in the furnace,small tension control measures must be taken to avoid excessive tension causing narrow deformation of the strip steel in a high-temperature environment,in order to meet the requirement that the thickness of the strip steel is less than 0.2 mm.At present,the tension control mode in front of the furnace is direct tension control mode,which causes signifi-cant fluctuations in the tension inside the furnace under small tension settings,leading to the occurrence of rib and ship shaped defects in the high temperature section of the strip steel.To eliminate production defects caused by tension fluctuations,the method of adding a jumping roller in front of the furnace is adopted.The indirect tension control method of the jumping roller is used to control the position of the jumping roller,thereby reducing the tension and fluctuation of the strip steel in the furnace,and eliminating the quality defects mentioned above during the high-temperature annealing of the strip steel.
