本研究全面分析了掘进机在矿山隧道工程中的应用及其效益.通过详细介绍掘进机的施工工艺、初期支护措施以及隧洞开挖与超前管棚技术,突出技术在提高施工效率、降低成本和增强安全性方面的重要作用.还探讨了施工效益的评估方法和针对现场具体问题的优化措施.研究结果表明,掘进机的技术创新对推动矿山工程的现代化进程具有深远影响,预示着未来隧道建设的发展方向.
Abstract
This study comprehensively analyzes the application and benefits of tunneling machines in mining tunnel engineer-ing.By providing a detailed introduction to the construction process,initial support measures,and tunnel excavation and ad-vanced pipe shed technology of tunneling machines,the important role of technology in improving construction efficiency,re-ducing costs,and enhancing safety is highlighted.We also discussed the evaluation methods for construction benefits and opti-mization measures for specific on-site problems.The research results indicate that the technological innovation of tunneling machines has a profound impact on promoting the modernization process of mining engineering,indicating the development di-rection of future tunnel construction.
