摘要
带式输送机作为煤矿中煤炭运输的主要设备,在矿井中起着重要作用.托辊作为带式输送机的主要构件对设备的稳定运行有关键作用.在高腐蚀、高地热矿井中使用双相不锈钢S32001制造托辊筒皮,不锈钢筒皮耐Cl-离子、SO42-离子腐蚀,可延长托辊的使用寿命,降低矿井恶劣工况环境对筒皮的腐蚀,减少更换频次,提高设备的开机率,并助力煤矿煤炭输送效率及矿山绿色开采,以提高煤矿生产效率和环境保护水平.
Abstract
As the main equipment of coal transportation in coal mine,belt conveyor plays an important role in coal mine.The roller,as the main component of the belt conveyor,plays a crucial role in the stable operation of the equipment.Double phase stainless steel S32001 is used to manufacture the roller skin in highly corrosive and high-temperature mines.The stainless steel roller skin is resistant to Cl-ion and SO42-ion corrosion,which can extend the service life of the roller,reduce the corro-sion of the roller skin in harsh working conditions of the mine,reduce replacement frequency,improve equipment opening rate,and assist in coal transportation efficiency and green mining of the mine,in order to improve coal production efficiency and en-vironmental protection level.
