为了解决锅炉用离心风机振动噪声问题,需要查找离心式风机噪声来源和噪声传播途径.通过对比某工业厂房在不同时间段、不同负荷下的离心式风机噪声数据,发现风机常规噪声大小与风机负荷有直接关系,负荷越大,噪声越大.通过分析锅炉用风机厂房减振降噪已实施案例,发现风机异常噪声大小主要与风管内流体流态有关.同时,借鉴风机房减振降噪相关案例,分别讨论风机管道流体模型、风管减振阻尼材料及风机减振降噪附件,以降低风机噪声污染,提高相关工作人员的工作环境质量.
Discussion on Vibration Reduction and Noise Reduction of Cen-trifugal Fans for Boilers
In order to solve the problem of vibration and noise of centrifugal fans used in boilers,it is necessary to identify the sources and propagation pathways of noise from centrifugal fans.By comparing the noise data of centrifugal fans in a certain industrial plant at different time periods and loads,it was found that the conventional noise level of fans is directly related to the fan load.The larger the load,the greater the noise.By analyzing the implementation cases of vibration reduction and noise reduction in boiler fan buildings,it was found that the abnormal noise level of the fan is mainly related to the fluid flow state inside the air duct.At the same time,drawing on relevant cases of vibration reduction and noise reduction in fan rooms,this paper discusses the fluid model of fan ducts,damping materials for wind ducts,and fan vibration reduction and noise reduc-tion accessories respectively,in order to reduce fan noise pollution and improve the quality of the working environment for rel-evant personnel.
