在钢水连铸生产工艺过程中,连铸钢包中的氧化剂和钢水掺杂的杂质混合形成液体钢渣,含有钢水和油状钢渣的熔体从连铸包注入到中间包,会严重影响钢水质量,降低出钢率.本文结合国内外钢包下渣检测的先进方法,采用电磁感应+钢包称重结合的检测控制方式,探究实现连铸机的钢包下渣检测自动化和智能化控制.通过实时监测钢水重量信号和钢渣的电导率的变化信号,经过二次仪表和工控机分析处理后发出控制信号(控制滑板开关)和报警信号来控制钢包下渣量,从而控制钢水洁净度.
Application of Improved Ladle Slag Detection
In the process of continuous casting of molten steel production,the oxidant in the continuous casting ladle and impu-rities doped in the molten steel mix to form liquid steel slag.The molten steel containing molten steel and oily steel slag is in-jected from the continuous casting ladle into the intermediate ladle,which seriously affects the quality of the molten steel and reduces the steel yield.This article combines advanced methods for slag detection under steel ladles at home and abroad,and adopts a detection and control method combining electromagnetic induction and steel ladle weighing to explore the automation and intelligent control of slag detection under steel ladles in continuous casting machines.By real-time monitoring of the weight signal of the molten steel and the change signal of the conductivity of the steel slag,after analysis and processing by sec-ondary instruments and industrial control computers,control signals(control slide switch)and alarm signals are issued to con-trol the amount of slag in the ladle,thereby controlling the cleanliness of the molten steel.
